2 large chicken thighs
2/3 c white beans
1 can tomatoes & chilis (do not drain)
7 medium mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
2 tbs dehydrated onions
1 tbs vinegar
2 tbs oil
2 tbs chili powder
1 tbs cocoa powder
1 tbs cumin
2 pkt nutrasweet
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 cups water
mix in spices, tomatoes and onions. cook another 2 minutes.
add water, beans and chicken.
stir well then seal.
cook on high pressure for 30 minutes. chicken should be shredded.
optional* serve with sour cream, chopped green onions, and some shredded cheese
