MAKEOVER: Turkey Pie (by JAMINURSE)

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Eggs
    1 cup egg beaters
    1 pound ground turkey
    . 5 cup Athenos Feta cheese
    .25 cup parmesean cheese
    small can of mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
    italian seasonings

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray pan with Pam cooking spray.

Brown turkey in skillet. Mix in small can of mushrooms.

In a bowl, Mix ingrediants.

Put sausage in bottom of pan. Add cheese and then mushroom mixture. Pour egg mixture over everything. Bake for 45 minutes.
