1 cup fresh organic brussel sprouts, cleaned and halved
2 slices organic Applegate Farms hickory bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 large cloves fresh organic garlic, peeled
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Ground black pepper to taste
Crushed red pepper flakes add a yummy spiciness!
Toss in sprouts, cut side down; add bacon pieces and season with black pepper; saute sprouts until cut side is golden...serve immediately.
