1/2 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat
1/2 cup Skim Milk
6 oz Imitation Alaskan King Crab
1/3 cup chopped red pepper
2 tbsp Parsley
Divide egg mixture among the cups. Place cups on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in centers comes out clean. Remove from the oven. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
