Ingredients

Pie Shell
*Flour, white, 1.25 cup
Salt, .50 tsp
*Shortening, Crisco, 5.28 tbsp
Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
Filling
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
*Flour, white, .125 cup
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Egg, fresh, 4 large
Cider Vinegar, .3125 cup
Butter, unsalted, 2.50 tbsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Real Lemon 1 tbsp

Directions
make pie shell 1st mix flour salt and work in shortening. Once shortening is worked in add cold tap water till dough stirred with a fork makes a ball. Roll out dough on floured surface and place in pie glass or tin ( I spray mine so it want stick) Pre-cook shell just enough that bottom is starting to cook.
Next mix together flour, sugar water in a sauce pan, slightly beat eggs and add to pan vinegar butter vanilla and lemon stir over medium heat till slightly thick.
pour into shell and bake till crust is browned.
Serving Size: makes about 8-9 slices in a standard pie shell
