Shrimp and veggie pasta

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    *Barilla Plus Penne, 8 oz
    White Wine, 4 fl oz
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Shrimp, cooked, 4 large
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 12 package (10 oz)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 oz
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

saute onions and garlic in olive oil until tender, add wine and cook 5 minutes on low
add the shrimp, veggies, and broth
Simmer about 10-15 minutes
add cooked pasta
stir for about 10 minutes, add cheese, mix and serve hot

Serving Size: 4 servings
