Lime Shrimp

Ingredients

    12 oz shrimp
    1 lime, juiced
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    Cooking spray

Directions

Spray skillet with cooking spray on medium heat, add onions and cook until semi translucent.

Toss shrimp and other ingredients in a bag, and dump contents of bag into skillet, cook until shrimp and onions are done.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
