Chocolate Oat Protein Bars

Introduction

Ingredients

    Dry:
    1.5 c Regular Oats, dry
    0.5 c Flour, White
    2 Scoops (60 g) Protein Powder (Vanilla, Plain, or Chocolate)
    2 tbsp Flax, ground
    0.25 c Cocoa Powder
    0.5 c Chocolate Chips

    Wet:
    0.5 c Peanut Butter, Natural/Unsweetened
    1 Egg, large
    0.5 c Soy Milk, Non-Fat
    0.25 c Coffee, brewed or instant

Tips


Directions

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredients in another. Stir gently wet into dry only until mixture incorporated. Press onto lightly sprayed (Pam) jelly-roll pan and shape by pressing one end in so flat is 3/4 inches thick (approximately). It will hold it's shape; it does not spread out.
