Pilgrims Progress Squash Casserole

Ingredients

    3 cups mashed butternut squash
    1 sweet potato - mashed
    2 tbs earth balance buttery spread
    1/2 tbs salt
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp ginger
    1 tsp cinnamon

    Topping:
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tbs earth balance buttery spread
    1/4 cup rolled oats

Directions

Mix ingredients together and put in a casserole dish. Mix topping ingerdients and sprintkle over squash mixture and back @ 350 for 40 minutes.
