Introduction

no real recipe needed, but i make this with my home grown pumpkins no real recipe needed, but i make this with my home grown pumpkins
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 medium or 2 small Pumpkins

Directions

Cut pumpkins in half. clean out seeds and the stringy guts. place in a pan flesh side up add some water to the pan to help steam the pumpkin.

Roast at 375 for about 50-70 minutes or till fork tender. Let cool. then cut out or scoop out the flesh and puree. Can or freeze. if it is really wet, you may want to use cheese cloth to drain it to get a thicker puree.

Serving Size: about 3 cups
