Introductionno real recipe needed, but i make this with my home grown pumpkins no real recipe needed, but i make this with my home grown pumpkins
1 medium or 2 small Pumpkins
Roast at 375 for about 50-70 minutes or till fork tender. Let cool. then cut out or scoop out the flesh and puree. Can or freeze. if it is really wet, you may want to use cheese cloth to drain it to get a thicker puree.
Serving Size: about 3 cups
