Pumpkin Pie - organic

    Farmer's Market Organic Pumpkin, 22.5 oz
    Kosher salt, .75 tsp
    *Carnation Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk (12oz can), 21 oz
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    wholly wholesome organic traditional 9" pie shell, 8 serving
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.125 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 0.75 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 0.375 tsp
    Cloves, ground, 0.375 tsp
    Organic Raw Blue Agave, 6 tbsp


Mix pumpkin and spices. Add remaining filling ingredients. Mix slowly just until thoroughly mixed. Pour into pie shell. Bake @ 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees for an additional 35-40 minutes. Thoroughly cool pie before serving.
