Introduction

Ingredients

    3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    5 Tbsp. butter
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. red onion, minced
    1 tsp. chilli paste (red pepper flakes if desired)
    Zest of 1 lemon
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    32+ shrimp, deveined and shells removed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. No Yolk Broad Noodles
    2 Tbsp. flat leaf parsley, chopped

Tips

It's really important to have everything prepared before you start cooking, as the cooking time is very brief.


Directions

First, prepare shrimp.
Next, prepare all the other ingredients.
At this point, cook your noodles according to directions on package.
Meanwhile, melt 3 Tbsp. butter and olive oil in a hot skillet.
Over medium heat, sautee the cloves, red onion, chili paste, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt FOR 2 MINUTES.
Then add shrimp, cooking for 2 minutes.
Next, add 2 Tbsp. of butter.
Finally, stir in cooked noodles.
Top with 2 Tbsp. chopped flat leaf parsley.
Enjoy!!!
