Introduction

Easy, tasty and low fat! Easy, tasty and low fat!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 cups salsa (I use Great Value thick and chunky in mild)


Directions

Pour just enough of the salsa in the bottom of the crockpot to cover. Add chicken breasts. Cover with the rest of the salsa. Cook on low, covered, for 8-10 hours.

I sometimes add 1/2 can of corn and/or black beans, both drained. Easy way to add veggies. Can be served as chicken tortillas, added to soup, etc.

Serving Size: makes 15 small taco sized portions
