Carrot and Celery Juice

Ingredients

    Baby Carrots, 3 oz
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long)
    Salsa, 4 tbsp
    Water, bottled, 8.3OZ serving
    a pinch of parsley
    a little black pepper
    a little chili peper
    a little ice

Tips

You can put what ever veggies you want in. I just happen to have the celery & carrots.
This makes 5 8 oz glssses


Directions

Put water in blender with ice.
Start blending
add cut up carrots and celery
add salsa and all other ingredients
blend till everything is well blended

Serving Size: Makes 3 8 oz servings
