Chicken Breast, no skin, 2.5 units
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving
Tomato Sauce, 425 grams
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup
Allspice, .5 tsp
Onion powder, .5 tsp
Cumin seed, .25 tsp
Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 12 tsp
Campbell's Cream of Chicken with Herbs (1 can), 1 serving
Diced Chilies, 4 serving
White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
Pour in 1/4 of the 1 cup of water over the chicken
Sprinkle the chicken with onion powder, Allspice and ground cumin, then add dried Red Pepper Flakes.
In a bowl, add the 3/4 of 1 cup of water; tomato sauce; tomato soup; corn; tomatoes (pour the juice over chicken and the tomato bits into bowl); diced chilies and mix together.
Drain and add green beans over chicken
Pour mixture over chicken and green beans
Cover and set on High
When it is nearly time to eat, make rice traditionally or however you does it in yer house.
