Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 lb pork roast
    1 TBS. Olive Oil
    2 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper

Tips

The kids like it when I cut them up and serve with BBQ sauce. Great healthy replacement for chicken nuggets.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Cover Roast with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Use more or less for taste. Brown in Dutch oven. Add a little water. Cook for about an hour.
Slice and serve.
Possibilities are endless, Cut in cubes and dip in BBQ Sauce or pulled pork is even great with Gravy.
