Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

2 cups of all purpose flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    3/4 cups of sugar
    1/2 cup of walnuts
    1/4 cup of milk
    1 tbsp of cinnamon
    2 bananas

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix the egg and banana in a bowl. In a second bowl put the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, 3/4 of sugar (at minimum), and walnuts.
2. Add the egg and banana to the dry mix and fold in the mix. Add in milk slowly, sometimes you don't always have to use the entire amount of milk.
3. Pour mixture into muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Note: As mentioned above I always change the way I make the muffins. Sometimes I replace the sugar with applesauce. I have also added more cinnamon or left it out.

Serving Size: 10-12 muffins
