1 package (16 ounces) uncooked elbow macaroni
1 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2-1/2 cups 1% milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
(3 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
(3 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
(3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
I like to bake it at 400 for 20 min after mixing it all up.
Reduce heat; add cheeses and stir until melted. Stir in sour cream. Drain macaroni; stir into sauce. Yield: 8 servings.
