We made it exactly by the recipe. Loved the crunch of the veggies and it was very pretty. Hubby would have liked bigger chunks of chicken and I could have done with a little less onion. But we both thought it was better than our previous higher fat version! - 9/15/09

Even though I got this recipe from someone who forgot to include the rotel & mushrooms, I thought it was very good & filling. I did sub a 4oz can green chilis drained for the green pepper & I used whole wheat spaghetti. I would definitely make again, next time using rotel & mushrooms, of course. :-) - 2/25/08

  • Super good! Used fresh chicken thin sliced breasts, whole wheat pasta and sauted mixture of mushrooms. Adjusted crockpot to high for 2 hours and low for 1 hour. Easily makes 1/2 recipe. - 3/19/08
