    Beans, black, 2 cup
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 whole
    Garlic, 3 clove
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 can
    Sherry, dry, 1/2 cup
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
    *tomato suace, 1 can
    Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp

Tips


Directions

Boil the black beans
Saute Onions Garlic and peppers
Add all ngredients in a casserol dish and put in oven for an hour at 375 degrees cover and check occaisonally if need more liquid
