It's not really Wilde-beast and it's not really salad. But then, whaddyagonnado?!?! Slow cooker beef with barley, garbanzo beans, green beans, black beans and some seasoned potatoes atop it all. Ingredients

Beef, top sirloin, 5 oz
Potato, raw, 5 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Beans, black, 1 cup
Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup
Garlic, 3 tsp
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup
Barley, pearled, raw, .1875 cup
Onion powder, .25 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
Good Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 19 gram(s)
Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Tips
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray
Place Wilde-beast (beef) in bottom of pot
Add water to pot
Pour pearled barley over Wilde-beast (beef) so that it sticks to the meat and falls around into the water
Season with Worcestershire sauce
Drain and add garbanzo beans around the meat in the water
Drain and add the green beans around in the water on top of the garbanzo beans
Drain and add the black beans around on top of the green beans
Add the garlic, minced
Wash/scrub 5 small potatoes and chop 'em up into tiny-ish pieces, put them in a gallon size zip lock bag, add olive oil and Italian Seasoning Mix - close and shake well until thoroughly coated.
Dump out contents of zip lock bag over contents of pot
Cover and set on low for 6 or more hours
