1 Â¾ cups lightly salted water
8 oz. silken tofu
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp nutritional yeast
Immediately remove from the heat and leave for 3 minutes.
Drain the partially cooked tofu.
Place it in a food processor together with the lemon juice, salt and nutritional yeast.
Process until smooth.
Refrigerate until ready to use. Do not re-cook!
