Ingredients

1 tbl. evoo
1 lb.lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
3 cloves chopped garlic
skim milk
2 tbl. smart balance buttery spread
4 potatoes
1 rutabaga
i pkg.frozen mixed vegetables
i can fat free beef gravy
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees. peel and cube potato and rutabaga. boil until soft to mash. in the meantime, heat olive oil in skillet. add onion and garlic, sautee until soft. add beef and brown. remove from heat. add gravy and mix . spread meat mixture into bottom of 13X9 pan.
spread mixed vegetables on top of meat. mash potatoes and rutabaga together, mix with milk and spread to make mashed potato mix. spread on top of vegetables.
bake 350 degrees for 30 mins.
