Ingredients

1lb Beef Round
1 Can of diced tomato's
1 Cans of water
1 Cup of flour
5 Carrots
5 Celery stalks
5 Potato's
1 Onion
Tips
if it gets too watery just add flour but remember to add in the calories.
Directions
wash vegies
peel and chop veggies
put everything into a big pot except for the meat.
Brown Beef in a pan then add to the pot with everything else.
cook on medium heat until the veggies are squishy then reduce heat to simmer the longer you leave it the thicker it gets :)
