    Brown Sugar, 1 tsp
    Water, 1 cup

Tips

You can substitute brown sugar with rocky candy. You can also add a slice or two ginger in the winter.


Directions

Boil the water first, then add sweet potato, cook till tender. Add the sugar just before turing off the heat
