Ingredients

    20 jalapeno pepper
    1 cup fat free cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. taco seasoning
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 cup bread crumbs plan
    1/4 cup finly diced jalapeno pepper
    dash salt
    cooking spray

Directions

heat oven to 400
miix , the egg whites,and 1tsp water in small bowl.
in seperate bowl mix the bread crumbs,salt,taco seasoning,and garlic powder. set aside. combine cream cheese with the 1/4 cup diced jalapeno pepper. set aside
cut the whole jalapeno pepperin half lengwise , remove all the seeds.stuff one half of the pepper with the cream cheese mixture.put the over half of the pepper on top secure with tooth pick.dip each stuffed pepper in egg whites then roll in the seasoned bread crumbs . place on greased cookie sheet bake in preheated oven for 15 mins or until bread crumds are golden brown but not bured
