Low Fat Tuna and Veggie Salad

Introduction

I had mine in pita bread but this can be eaten alone, in a sandwich or as a wrap. I had mine in pita bread but this can be eaten alone, in a sandwich or as a wrap.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Dressing

    4 Tbsp. Plain Yogurt
    1 tsp Mrs Dash Tomato, Basil and Garlic Seasoning
    2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar

    Tuna Salad
    1 6 1/2 oz can Chunk Light Tuna in water, drained
    4 slices cucumber cut in quarters
    1/4 of medium tomato chopped
    2 medium scallions sliced
    Couple florets of broccoli chopped

Directions

Blend yogurt, seasoning and vinegar together and set aside

Mix rest of ingredients together and add yogurt dressing. This will fill three half pitas or sandwiches.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings
