Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients

    Oat Bran Cereal
    Baking Powder
    Brown Sugar
    Pecans
    Milk
    Bananas
    Egg Whites
    Vegetable Oil

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425F . Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the milk, bananas, egg whites and oil in a bowl, blender or food processer. Add to the dry ingredients and mix. Line the muffin pan with paper baking liners andc fill them with batter. Bake for 17 minutes. Makes 20 muffins
