Ingredients

    1 cup heart smart bisquick
    1 large egg white
    2/3 cup of milk (recipe is configured using 2%)
    1 medium banana
    2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Directions

mix all ingredients together
heat pan
drop into pan
flip over when edges begin to look dry
cook thoroughly
