1 portabella mushroom
1/4 cup spinach (just a small handful)
1/2 cup couscous
2 slices of tomato, chopped
1 clove of garlic
Dash of paprika and Fennel seed
1 Tbsp. Feta cheese
1 pat of unsalted butter
1/2 cup water
Bake at 350 degrees for about half an hour.
Serving Size: 1 - 1 cup serving
