Birthday Smoothie



Introduction

My husband requested a smoothie for his birthday breakfast, so I threw together what I had on hand and he loved it! Really sweet and creamy! My husband requested a smoothie for his birthday breakfast, so I threw together what I had on hand and he loved it! Really sweet and creamy!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen strawberries, unsweetened
    1 cup frozen raspberries, unsweetened
    1 cup frozen blackberries, unsweetened
    I large carrot
    1 medium banana
    1/2 cup mandarin oranges (I used canned)
    1 Scoop Vanilla Whey protein powder
    2 Tbs. ground flaxseed
    2 cups water
    1 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup light vanilla yogurt

Directions

Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix or blender and process until smooth. Add additional water for desired thickness.

Serving Size: Makes 8-1 cup servings
