1 cup Boiled Jackfruit 16 slices Bread 4 tbsp Butter Salt to taste Black Pepper powder to taste
Slice & boil the jackfruit. Drain the water, add salt & pepper to taste and mix well. Take two slices of bread. Apply butter on one slice & place 2 tbsp of Jackfruit on the other slice. Place the buttered slice over the jackfruit layer. cut out the crust of the bread & divide the S/W into two pieces (make 2 triangles). Serve.
