Introduction

My favorite salad for optimum flavor. My favorite salad for optimum flavor.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce, 1 cup, shredded
    Iceberg Lettuce, 1 cup, shredded or chopped
    Tomatoes, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Carrots, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Celery, 1/4 cup, diced (I peel the strings out)
    Zucchini, 1/4 cup, sliced
    Summer Yellow Squash, 1/4 cup, sliced
    Endame, 1/4 cup, cooked and cooled
    Green Onions, 1/4 cup, sliced
    Cucumber (with peel), 1/4cup slices
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1/2 tsp

Tips

sometimes I leave out the endame and add smoked turkey or chicken breast instead.
