Introduction

Great way to include you cornbread with Greens, Beans, etc. Great way to include you cornbread with Greens, Beans, etc.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 box Jiffy Corn Muffing Mix
    1/4 Cup Egg Beaters
    1/3 Cup 2% Milk

Directions

Prepare exactly as the Jiffy box instructs for the Corn Muffin, except replace egg with egg beater and Milk with 2% milk.

When making muffins you 2 tbl scoop and you should get 12 muffins.
