Rice Cooker - Steel Cut Oatmeal

Introduction

I make this Oatmeal in the Rick Cooker - It's quick, easy and as long as you spray the sides (near the top) with cooking spray, it will be less messy [ie: will not boil over]. I make this Oatmeal in the Rick Cooker - It's quick, easy and as long as you spray the sides (near the top) with cooking spray, it will be less messy [ie: will not boil over].
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup Steel Cut Oats
    3 cups Water
    1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
    1 Tbsp Wheat Germ
    4 tsp Agave Nectar

Directions

Spray the sides of the Rice Cooker with cooking spray.
Place the Oats, Water and Vanilla in the cooker, set to 'Cook'.
When the cooking is complete, add the Flax Seed, Wheat Germ and stir.
Spoon into 4 separate bowls and add one tsp. Agave to each bowl and serve.
