Introduction

These are delicious and healthy. Great way to get some veges into the kiddos! These are delicious and healthy. Great way to get some veges into the kiddos!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 cups 1% milk
    2-2/3 c. whole wheat flour
    4 t. baking powder
    4 T brown sugar substitute
    4 eggs (I use 2 eggs and 1/2 cup substitute)
    2 dashes salt
    1 cup pumpkin

Tips

Optional - delicious with 1 T of chocolate chips!!!


Directions

Cook slowly over medium-low heat.

Serving Size: Makes 18 good size pancakes
