Catfish Bait

Introduction

This is my dad's recipe. He says that his step-dad would take him fishing and bring ingredients like this. If they didn't catch fish, this is what they would eat for dinner. This is my dad's recipe. Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 large potatoes, pealed and, cut into small pieces.
    6 large eggs, scrambled
    onion, 1/4 cup chopped
    oil, 1/8 cup
    cheese, 1/4 cup melted
    ham, 1/2 cup chopped

Tips

You can use anything you prefer for the meat part. We've tried bacon and beef. It's all very good.


Directions

1.) Fry potatoes and onion in skillet with oil.
2.) Melt cheese while the potatoes cook.
3.) When the potatoes are nearly done, put scrambled eggs into the mixture, stir frequently.
4.) Add the ham into the mixture.
5.) Remove from heat and pour cheese over the top.

Serving Size: Makes 5 i cup servings
