Jennywren93's Tofu Smoothie

Introduction

I love this for an easy on the go breakfast or lunch! Or a late dinner if we have been running around and I don't feel like eating! I love this for an easy on the go breakfast or lunch! Or a late dinner if we have been running around and I don't feel like eating!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen strawberries, frozen
    1 whole medium banana
    1/5 of a block of tofu
    1 cup orange juice from concentrate (no sugar added, calcium fortified if possible)

Directions

Put all items in a blender, breaking up the banana and tofu, and blend until smooth! My family says it is a bit tart, so go ahead and add your favorite artificial sweetner if you like. Personally I think it is great just the way it is! :)
