Ingredients

    • *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    • *Flour, white, 1 cup
    • Baking Powder, 4.5 tsp
    • Organic Rice Protein - French Vanilla (1 Serving = 2 Scoops), 30 gram(s)
    • Pumpkin pie seasoning or cinnamon to taste
    • Salt, 1 dash
    • Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    • *Egg Beaters 100% liquid egg white, 7 tbsp
    • *Skim Milk, 2 cup
    • Apples, fresh, 2 medium, peeled and grated
    • *Margarine, soft, 7 tsp

Directions

Combine dry ingredients and mix well.

Add wet ingredients except margarine, and stir to combine.

Heat a skillet and pour in 1/4 cup of batter at a time. Cook until bubbles form and pop on the surface, and edges set. Flip, and cook other side.

Serve each pancake with 1/2 tsp of margarine (included in recipe).

Serving Size: Seven servings of two pancakes.
