Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs of ground venison (can substitute ground beef)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
    1 c. grated parmesan cheese
    2 T onion flakes

    Topping:
    1/2 c. low carb ketchup
    2 T vinegar
    1/2 c. Spenlda brown sugar


Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients, put in shallow pan and bake for 1 hour.

Add topping and bake an additional 15-20 mins
