Lisa's Simple French Onion Soup

Introduction

This is a heaping single serving of french onion soup that can be easily divided into two servings. The nutritional information is for one serving. Simple and easy to prepare. Far superior to canned versions. Great for the winter months....I usually sprinkle parmesean or add a slice of reduced fat provolone on top.
