Introduction

My young adults use to love this meal, I would always have to make a very big pot, because if I hadn't, they would have eaten it all in one day. My young adults use to love this meal, I would always have to make a very big pot, because if I hadn't, they would have eaten it all in one day.

Ingredients

    7 ozs pasta, any brand, cooked according to directions

    6 ozs frozen corn, cooked according to directions

    *2 to 3 ozs raw broccoli, washed and drained

    2 ozs Italian shredded cheese, any brand

    4 oz Velvetta Queso Blanco or regular Velvetta cheese, cubed

    4 ozs imitation crab meat, chopped

    4 tbsp fat free or regular half & half

    1/4 cup soup condensed chicken soup

    seasonings (optional)

Tips

When making this dish, you can use any veggies you choose, or pasta, I particularly like and use rice bran pasta, and fat free cheese and fat free milk.


Directions

In large pot, preferrably the pot used when you cooked the pasta, mix all ingredients and simmer on low until all cheese has melt, constantly stir so pasta will not stick to bottom of pot
