Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 Cup Water
    2 Large Eggs
    2 Tablespoon Butter
    2/3 Cup Flax Seed Meal
    1/2 Cup Soy Flour
    1 1/2 Cup Vital Wheat Gluten Flour
    2 Teaspoon Bread machine Yeast

Directions

Add to your Bread Machine in the following order:
Water - Eggs - Butter - Splenda - Flax Seed Meal - Soy Flour - Vital Wheat Gluten and then making a small well in your ingredients add the yeast. Make sure the water is "Baby Bottle Warm". Then follow your bread machine instructions for cooking a 2 pound loaf of bread. I set mine for a "Light" crust.



Serving Size: Makes 20 Slices
