10oz of frozen tenderloins
.5C Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican
1 clove garlic
.5 C Canned Green Chilies or Fresh Roasted Green Chilies
4 La Favorita Carb Cutter Tortillas
.25 can of Roserita Re-fried Black Beans
* Cook Chicken to doneness.
* Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.
* Spread beans down center of each tortilla. Top each tortilla with chicken mixture; roll up. Place rolls, seam sides down, on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Coat tops of chimichangas with cooking spray. Bake at 500° for 7 minutes. Serve with salsa.
