Choco-Cocoa Shake

Introduction

A great shake for after a workout! A great shake for after a workout!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 tsp agave sweetener
    Stevia or artificial sweetener of your choice (1 packet)
    1 scoop (1/3 cup) low carb whey protein powder
    1 1/2 cup coconut milk (Silk brand, not canned)
    1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips (65% or more cocoa)
    1 handful of ice

Tips

Make sure you use the Silk Coconut milk or similar. The key is to look for the calories .. Silk has 80 calories a cup. You can make this lower carb by using unsweetened Coconut milk and upping the stevia.
For a little variety, you can add a cup of frozen fruit and eliminate the ice


Directions

put 1/2 cup coconut milk and chocolate chips in a microwave safe container, and microwave on high for 1 minute.
whisk chocolate chips and coconut milk together and pour into a blender
add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
Drink and enjoy

Serving Size: makes 1 12oz shake (volume may vary depending on blender)
