1 tsp agave sweetener
Stevia or artificial sweetener of your choice (1 packet)
1 scoop (1/3 cup) low carb whey protein powder
1 1/2 cup coconut milk (Silk brand, not canned)
1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips (65% or more cocoa)
1 handful of ice
Make sure you use the Silk Coconut milk or similar. The key is to look for the calories .. Silk has 80 calories a cup. You can make this lower carb by using unsweetened Coconut milk and upping the stevia.
For a little variety, you can add a cup of frozen fruit and eliminate the ice
whisk chocolate chips and coconut milk together and pour into a blender
add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
Drink and enjoy
