Ingredients

    2 lb ground beef
    18 whole wheat saltines
    1pkg. onion soup dry mix
    1/4 cup 2% milk
    1 whole egg

Tips

you can also substitute the milk with BBQ sauce or catsup, or add a few drops of smoke sauce, or worcestershire sauce.

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees
Have ready an 8x8 ungreased pan
Put meat in med/lg bowl.
Crush saltines and add to meat.
add dry onion soup mix, milk, and egg.
Mix well, form oblong shape and place in ungreased square pan

Serving Size: makes 9 half inch pieces
