    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 6 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") (remove)
    Beans, white, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *13 Bean Mix, Bob's Red Mill (1/2 cup dry=104 g), 208 gram(s) (remove)
    drinks, V8, low sodium, 5.5 oz, 2 serving (remove)
    *S&W Canned Diced Organic Tomatoes, 3.5 serving (remove)
    Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Wild Harvest baby carrots 2,25 oz pkg, 2 serving (remove)
    *Onion,dried flakes, 5 tsp (remove)
