Tortilla Hawaiian Pizza for one

Introduction

An easy meal for one person. It can also be made without the cheese - it doesn't really affect the taste all that much. You can use low sodium ham instead of canadian bacon or add onions or regular bacon if desired. An easy meal for one person. Ingredients

    1 Wheat Lavash Bread
    1/4 cup Delallo Pizza Sauce
    1/4 cup Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
    4 slices Jones Canadian Bacon, Canadian
    1 serving Dole Pineapple Chunks - well drained (I use the single serving/individual snack cups)

Tips

I drain the pineapple cup through a colander and the place the pieces on a paper towel to get as much juice out as possible so the pizza doesn't get soggy.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375d
Place lavash bread (or tortilla) on a baking sheet sprayed w/ nonstick spray
Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
Meanwhile, chop canadian bacon into small pieces and thoroughly drain pineapple chunks.
Remove from oven, flip lavash over, and top with pizza sauce, cheese, canadian bacon, and pineapple
Place back in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted

Serving Size: Makes 1 pizza
