Ingredients

2 lbs of yams
1 cup onion
1 cup yellow or red sweet pepper
1 tbsp chopped ginger root
5 1/2 cups of chicken stock/broth
2 tsp cumin
3/4 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cayenne (adjust as desired)
Tips
Directions
Put all ingredients into a crock pot. Cook at LOW for 4 hours. Puree or mash if desired. Delicious.
