Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cup
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Barley, pearled, raw, 0.125 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Onion powder, .5 tsp
    Allspice, .5 tsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp
    Beef, top sirloin, .5 piece

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place beef in bottom of pot.
Pour water into pot.
Season beef with onion powder, Allspice and black pepper.
Add barley to beef (on top if possible)
Wash/scrub potatoes, quarter and place around beef in water.
Drain and add both cans of green beans.
Sprinkle/dowse with Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and set on Low
